Parlour was established in 2012 in the 'fringe' London neighbourhood of Kensal Green.

Energetic, eccentric, nostalgic, colourful, unexpected and somewhat British of sorts. Proudly so.

Modern British some have said.

There is even a book published with the title - 'Modern British Food, Recipes from Parlour.'

2017 was a vintage year for fringe cookbooks. You probably have a copy.
